Its a beautiful looking chair but after we assembled and started using it then we realized that the arm rests are very hard and not comfortable for extended use. Since we didnt want to take the trouble of returning we used socks and padding to cover the arm rest and make it usable. Other than that the seat is good and no other problems.

Now that I am teleworking "full-time" my old desk chair didn't provide the support I needed for long hours and multiple days in a row. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a desk chair and found this one on-line. The chair is comfortable and provides great support throughout the day; just what I needed. Considering it's price it is a great value. I liked it so much I bought two more one for my wife and daughter who are also teleworking.

Had to replace an old comfortable office chair. I'm working from home now and needed something. I chose the chair based on price and it's better than I expected for the price and not being able to see it in person. Delivery was quick and if you need a replacement I recommend.

This chair made a huge difference for me working from home. Very comfortable and supportive. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the arm rests are rock hard so it's not comfortable to rest my elbows on. Not a huge deal that's my only complaint. Overall a great chair would recommend.
