I needed a smaller but sturdy chair for a limited area and found this to be very well suited. Although I have only had it a little over a week I am pleased with it. Additionally the assembly could not have been better...instructions and well labeled parts fit first time. The seat could be a little softer but is ok for several hours of sitting. One minor problem is that the back of the chair arm has a way of grabbing your shirt sleeve usually when you are in a hurry; the arm design should be modified making it more useful if a little less good looking.

Zero stars! Seat is very uncomfortable to sit on — no support in cushion. Doesn’t roll well at all.. Extremely disappointed. It’s a cheap product and I am angry! Total waste of money!

Warranty replacement - mesh back already becoming loose 2 days later.

This is a replacement of my first purchase of a lesser priced chair - Mesh Back Fabric Task Chair Black (51463-CC) - from staples that immediately lost all its tension in the mesh back and became totally loose. It's mesh bach is also becoming loose after on 2 days. I don't know what they are doing to make these but it is very frustrating. The rest of the chair is quite nice.
