i was having tightness between my shoulder blades sitting in a kitchen type of chair while sewing decided i needed something much better. I went to staples for something else saw these chairs on sale sat in it a bit and yes thought this would be better. WOW no more pain it made me have a better posture for sitting at my machine for hours. WELL WORTH IT!!!!

There were good directions on how to put the chair together so it only took about 20 minutes to do. It is very comfortable and easy to sit in for long periods of time.

Randomly lowers after 1 year

The chair is very hard but acceptable with a chair pad. Unfortunately in less than a year it now randomly lowers to base height. I have a normal BMI. Some days it will lower several times and then not for a day or more. Annoying. I doubt it will last another year.

Good value easy to assemble. Had to replace the casters which are designed for carpet. They will mar your wood floors unless replaced by appropriate wheels. Support was very helpful.
