We bought a chair similar to this just different years model from 2018. I needed an upgrade b/c our old chair started falling on its own while sitting in it and the part to replace was on back order for 2+ months. This replacement was worth the money. It's not a high end chair for $500 but for this price point the chair is simple and effective. I like the mesh back and the cloth bottom. The color in picture is spot on as well.

The chair is exactly as advertised. It's sturdy attractive very comfortable arrived about 12 hours after I placed my order took less than 15 minutes to assemble and was at a price point I could easily afford at a time when money is an issue. I'm very happy with the purchase.

The chair is surprisingly comfortable and though I wouldn't say it's ergonomic it's certainly comfortable enough for me to sit in for several hours (I do have a bolster cushion as well). For the price point quality isn't bad though of course with any chair that is mostly plastic I don't expect this to be a chair that will last me many years. It wasn't too hard to assemble and having another person help hold things still made things easier. Rolls smoothly mesh is not scratchy and arms are a reasonable height. I did not find the seat to be too narrow and I am able to sit cross legged on the chair.
