The chair was extremely easy to assemble. The seat and back are very comfortable though the back is somewhat stiff (doesn't lean back as easily as I would like) even when adjusted for the most flexibility.

The chair is comfortable and we are very happy with it. I would have given it 5 stars except for the fact that the armrests interfere with my typing a little bit. When I have the chair all the way forward to get the benefit of the backrest the armrests get in the way. I will get used to it though. The price was wonderful and I was happy to pay for having the chair put together by Staples' staff.

I've put so many pieces of furniture together over the years and I've seen some great instructions some 'meh' instructions and some really really poor ones. The best instructions in the world (and that's you Zinus platform bed) don't help if the pieces of the product don't really fit together properly. This really was one of the easiest things I have ever put together. Five minutes tops - the instructions were really *that* good - and not a single bolt was even slightly out of alignment.
