chair is great solid build and comfortable. The only issue is that even when set in the lowest position the arms do not fit under the desk. We have 3 different desks all with a pencil drawer in the middle and its the same issue for all. This seems to be design flaw in many office chairs.

This chair is good enough for my uses but when I attempted to adjust the tilt back softness and the seat angle I really couldn't tell any difference (Height adjustment is fine). So if these are super important to you probably should try a different chair.
