I was very happy with the delivery of this chair I needed it for my at-home office due to the COVID-19 outbreak. I ordered it on a Sunday and received it by Tuesday afternoon. Excellent service. The chair was a typical office chair I am relatively happy with it. My only complaint is that the seat is very hard. Many of the reviews I read said that it was comfortable but it is not. I have been sitting on a pillow which helps to cushion it some.

The chair is easy to put together and looks nice. However not great lumbar support - back already hurts after 4 days already searching sites for other chairs. Don’t know why this has such high ratings
