Looks nice but is not very comfortable and not many adjustments to the chair to help you get more comfortable.

Assembly was a snap ... elected to leave the arms off so the chair would slide under the desk when not in use. Have experienced no issues with it maintaining height control (@150#) and the rollers are smooth as silk.
