The chair is so ugly bought it in the box "gray" doesn't include a picture or description of the ugly white arms and trim none on display. Who would have thought the black picture on the box should have had white arms. Returning the chair!!!!

It was not super difficult to put it together. I love the simple design. Only took me 20 minutes with the directions to put it together. Very comfy chair for 2 or 3 hours at a time

This chair is comfortable the size is perfect in the areas of height and width. It was easy to put together for the most part (except those wheels they’re dry tricky!!!). The color consists of soft gray and true white which is exactly what we wanted. Finally this chair is a major upgrade simply because of the quality and comfort.
