Hydraulics Stopped Working

Don't buy this chair. I bought this chair in October 2022 and in March 2024 the hydraulics stopped working on it. This is not an easy fix if I can even fix it. This chair didn't even last two years.

The chair is not too comfortable. The seat is too short and the back does not adjust. Most likely my fault in my choice. I could not redeem my points because I did not have the app. Someone at the 800 number said all I needed was my phone number. The staff at the store would not accept that.
