Chair was very easy to assemble with well organized parts and clear instructions. Like adjustability of armrest width. Also good height adjustment range although a bit stiff to actuate. Comfy seat cushion. Only negative is that tilt adjustment only goes backward (that is raising the front of the seat). I can't seem to tilt the seat slightly forward. But overall a good chair without tons of unnecessary extras.

Take a look at this display. Gray it says. Pictured as gray. Seat arms back and base all gray. Surprise!! The only gray on this chair is the seat cushion and the front side of the back. All else is snow white including the back side of the back. Walk up to this chair from behind and all you see is white and a little gray mesh in the back. Can’t imagine why anyone would combine white (85%) in the parts that will be the most susceptible to getting dirty! Why not show the true color! Bait and switch?
