I love the Simplicity of the Chair yet it feels like a steal the fact that when sitting in the chair it doesn't feel cheap. It gives me great lower back support being firm yet soft at the same time. The best feeling is after purchasing an item and you feel completely satisfied after where the next thing you know you are writing a review so others can enjoy same benifits.

Comfortable simple and appears to be good quality for around $70. The assembly is easy and the parts are clearly identified. Hex-head wrench is provided. The product warranty is 7 years on all defective parts (non-moving metal parts). The parts include the 'fabric frame pneumatic cylinder and all other parts'. Keep your receipt and call product support at 800-270-9557 to claim. I used to install deliver and service commercial office furniture and personally used the best office chairs over the years (Herman Miller Knoll HON Steelcase OFS). For a light-duty and low cost home office chair this is a great choice. However I do not think this chair is good for gamers heavy-weight people extended periods of use young children or abuse.
