This chair is a great product for the price. It is comfortable and has a sturdy back. It was really easy to put together and didn't come in a huge box. The only downside is that the arms are not adjustable.

Great price high quality chair lightweight but solid looks good just the right size for someone 5' 11" 170 lbs. I gladly paid a few dollars extra to have a store technician assemble it (took only a few minutes). So glad I didn't have to order it online and wait days for delivery and not be able to try before you buy. I could sit in a display model in the store to try it out and use it at home the same day.

Bought this chair for a WFH office set-up. For the price I really hoped to get adjustable armrests. But no dice. The limited adjustability is to be expected. The chair is fairly comfortable and the wheels roll nicely on high pile carpet. IF UNion & Scale spent more time and money on their chair design as they did on the box it came shipped in it would be a better quality chair. Honestly why do you need a full-color gloss finish on the INSIDE of the box. You know how much time I spent looking inside the box. JUST long enough to pull all the parts out and toss the plastic and cardboard fillers back in it to then send it to the curb.
