Good value easy to assemble. Had to replace the casters which are designed for carpet. They will mar your wood floors unless replaced by appropriate wheels. Support was very helpful.

We were buying an inexpensive chair for a conference room that would not get used much. So they are GREAT for the money. I was not expecting them to come in a million pieces. It took some VALUABLE time to assemble 8 chairs. I was hoping to put the top on the base and pop in the casters. But all in all they look great and are going to be good for our purpose.

Saw this chair on sale and thought I'd jump on it for our son. It came nicely packaged and delivered to our front door. Easy to assemble. So far no complaints from him. My only complaint is that the armrests are not adjustable so he is unable to roll all the way up to his built-in desk.
