I needed a new office chair with more lumbar support than my old one had. I didn't want the arms so I could slide it close to my keyboard and be able to sit up straight. They were easy to remove. I went to the local store so I could try out the chairs but I could have gotten the same chair cheaper by ordering on line through Staples. That doesn't seem right as it would also have to be delivered to my house but I wanted it right away so bought the floor model at the store.

the seat pushes you too far forward. there are many noises like clicking sounds that come out of the chair don't know why
