Seat slopes down forward toward the floor a bit.

The sit seams to slope down in the front forward to the floor. I would like to know if there is any way that I could adjust the seat so that it stays parallel to the floor. Please advise. Thank you!

Chair is comfortable except it does not seem to be possible to adjust the angle of the seat. As a result I gradually slide forward. If I didn't stand up and reposition myself I would slide right out of the chair!!! So it is great that I can adjust the HEIGHT of the seat but it is just as important to be able to adjust the angle. Is there any way to fix this? I really do not want to have to return it.
