Purchased this chair because of the reasonable sale price and this was after the 8-month old 4X as pricey chair had broken. This new chair was very simple to put together. The seat is cushioned nicely and rolls great. It rings all the bells that are required when wanting a chair.

The chair was fairly simple to put together and is comfortable to sit in for an entire work day. Now the shipping was unacceptable. The chair I received was the second one I was sent because the first one was lost. I still have no idea what happened to it. Staples was expeditious in sending the replacement and all is well.
