It’s great and comfortable. Takes a bit of time to install but it’s doable I wouldn’t recommend charging $15 extra to assemble the chair for clients.

My wife picked this chair out for her new PC setup. At 5'3" and about 110 lbs most chairs and padding works for her. She likes this chair just fine and put it together herself with no problems. If you are over 200 lbs like me you won't have as good an experience with this chair and you'll be able to tell the padding will give out within the year. All being said for $70 it's good for the money.
