The cushion went flat after my first 8 hour work day. However I bought an Everlasting Comfort memory foam cushion from Amazon for like $40 and it helped A LOT. I bought it in grey to match the color tone of the chair. The back of the chair does offer good support if you are pushed in all the way or leaning back. Overall pretty chair and matches my white desk.
