IT ARRIVED EARLY I PUT IT TOGETHER MYSELF. ITS COMFORTABLE ROLLS WELL ON CARPET AND I LOVE THE BLUE. WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE IT CAME IN EVERYTHING WAS THERE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDING THE LITTLE WRENCH THAT IS ALL YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THIS DANDY CHAIR. IT SUPPORTS UP TO 275 LBS THAT'S ME. I'M HAPPY!

Once I got the wheels in place the rest was easy. The fit was so tight I ended up rubbing a hard wax on the shafts to get them to seat properly. If not for that I would have given five stars.
