I already had the chair without arms but decided to get the one with arms and am just as happy with it. I do use an additional gel cushion because there is not a significant amount of foam rubber in the middle of the chair.

Comfort and fit me very well

I'm a short guy and this is perfect for me. Out of many office chairs I had this has the best back cushion; super comfy and good support when I sit on for work. The arms support may be not great for tall people as it's around my belly.

This chair is very comfortable and the lift mechanism works very well. The one downfall is that the arms are plastic and not soft. I found some arm covers that are soft with an elastic band to keep them on. With these the chair is a five.
