The best assembly instructions I've ever seen. All hardware was color coded presorted and numbered in order of steps. Couldn't have been any easier not to mention the amazing comfort of the chair itself. Would definitely buy again!! Thank you for going above and beyond Union & Scale!

The chair sits high and does not lower enough to sit comfortably at the table we have. My wife couldn't use her laptop with the new chair without getting back pain until I put some 2x4 blocks under the table legs. We haven't had that problem with other chairs. Another inch and a half of travel downward in the height adjuster would make it useable.
