I sat in the grey store display chair long enough to see that it was nice and comfortable. I got the black one and put it together. Very disappointed it's is like a completely different chair! No back support arms too far off to the side even on the closest setting and the seat is like a board. I will be returning this.

Bought it for my teenage son. He seems to like it just fine. Sorry that’s about all I got from him. I haven’t shown him the tilt back feature. He’ll be trying to recline while Distance Learning. Told him it was designed to give his back support & help with his posture.. I think it’s a great desk chair; put it together myself. No problems.
