The chair went together well. The pieces are well packaged and directions easy to follow. Had a hard time snapping the wheels in tho. It feels sturdy and comfortable. Just the compact size I was looking for.

Very comfortable. However I would like casters for carpet. I purchased a set at Staples but they did not fit the chair. When I look on line it’s hard to tell what would fit my chair. I would appreciate some help with the carpet casters.

Love the chair! More than that it is very seldom in this day and age that you get excellent help and service. The woman that helped me was terrific. Hope you can figure out who she was at your store. I thanked her profusely but I didn't get her name. My bad. Love to come to Panaroma Staples -- great service by everyone.

The chair looks great and is very comfortable. It's just we what we wanted at a really good price. The quality seems to be very good also. One of the castors was missing a little retaining clip so if I lifted the chair up off the floor the castor would fall out. I called the service number. I was talking to a person almost immediately and within I'd say three minutes we had a replacement part on the way - totally painless. I suppose I should have taken one star off since there was a problem with the castor but customer service was so good (which is rare these days) I decided it was a five star experience.
