I really wanted to like this chair but it makes a loud popping noise every time I lean back. I've taken it apart and put it back together several times to no avail. Really shocks my coworkers on Zoom calls which might be funny if it wasn't so distracting and embarrassing.

Chair was easy to assemble even though the rollers for the base were harder to insert than any other I have assembled in the past. The chair works well and the only problem I can see is the parts are all at the bottom of the chair seat. I would recommend this product for use in the home.
