Being a 79 year female with bad Arthritis I found that I was able to put the chair together quickly all by myself. The only part I had any problem with was getting the wheels to lock in place.

The chair is comfortable and functional. Let's see how long it lasts. However I would like to give a shout out Staples for EXCELLENT customer service. When the chair was first shipped someone else signed for it so it was stolen by someoneone in my building unfortunately. The sent me a new one with no questions asked and I had it delivered to the store where everyone was extemely helpful. I really appreciate the custome support!
