This chair is as hard as a rock. My tailbone was in pain for the whole week I used this chair. I ever purchased a cushion and the pain was still there. Returned.

The chair is very comfortable. My beef is with the assembly. The wheels were near impossible to attach to the base. A call to the support number was not real helpful as the solution still was extremely difficult to implement. There was nowhere to hammer on the wheels to get them installed so I had to exert an undue amount of force to even get them started. I would not recommend this chair.

The floor model I tried felt different from the chair I actually got. There were a couple of issues with putting it together: one hole that you screw into was stripped but it was one of three so we figured it would be ok. I noticed when I sat in it that one arm is a bit shorter than the other measured it and was shorter. After about an hour my back and shoulders start hurting a bit. Trying to decide about taking it apart and returning it...

I like the chair. It’s exactly as described. However when assembling there was one place where the hole was off center and I was unable to secure with the screw. Since it held together without it I didn’t return. It was a great deal.
