I'm glad I didn't rely on the one-star ratings before buying this chair. It's great! Super easy to assemble sturdy and comfortable. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and the hardware packaging was super. I use the chair for several hours a day and I have no complaints.

It's doesn't look like a guy's chair in the lovely gray and white colors. Very comfortable also. However there was difficulty putting the rollers into the bottom of the chair. My husband did it buy sheer strength but I would not have been able to do it. So maybe have it assembled!

My chair arrived in excellent condition in a timely manner. It was very easy to assemble and I am very happy with it. My only complain would be that it arrives with wheels that it tells you is for on carpeting only and for hard floors I need to purchase another set of wheels. I can't do that at this time so am having to use the carpet wheels on my hard floor. Other than that am very happy with my chair! I would definitely recommend this product!
