I needed a smaller but sturdy chair for a limited area and found this to be very well suited. Although I have only had it a little over a week I am pleased with it. Additionally the assembly could not have been better...instructions and well labeled parts fit first time. The seat could be a little softer but is ok for several hours of sitting. One minor problem is that the back of the chair arm has a way of grabbing your shirt sleeve usually when you are in a hurry; the arm design should be modified making it more useful if a little less good looking.

Easy to assemble except for the casters. You must wiggle & push very hard at the same time for them to they go in. Not easy & frustrating. They should of gone easier than that or put it in instructions!! I had to call the manufacturer # to get that info.
