Came in a relatively large box disassembled took a few minutes to put it together and it works great! The armrests are only adjustable chair width wise and they seem a bit short but the rest of the chair is glorious. It's a great price on sale too.

The only drawback I have with this chair is that I want to sit straighter and although it is much better than previous chairs I can not adjust the back support just a tiny bit further forward. Other than that the design and quality seem very good for me.
