Pros: - The chair is pretty - It is a chair - It works Cons: - One of the holes in which the wheels needed to be inserted was too small to fit the wheel attachment. I had to manually shave it larger with a pair of scissors after trying to force it in for 20 minutes. - Back does not recline; the entire chair reclines (as in the seat and back lean as one piece) but you'd have to be forcefully pushing to recline - Seat padding is shallow and constantly makes me feel like my butt is being flattened. I can feel the plastic bottom most prevalently when I sit on the edge of the chair to practice my guitar. - You can't adjust the position of the chair arms so they can get in the way. Invest in a better chair if you're going to work from home game or be at your desk for long hours.

The way the soft fabric in the back is made give support without having a hard knot like most other chairs. This is the best chair yet. I bought two of them one for my programming son as well.
