Not many adjustments (only up and down.) Seat is a little soft and a tiny bit tilted (could be the way I put it together.) I actually find it comfortable but fear it will not last. For $90 I can't complain too much more expensive options were less comfortable.

For the price seems like a nice sturdy chair. Easy assembly instructions. Hope it lasts as long as the last chair I bought from staples back in the 1990's. Comfortable easy to adjust and priced right.
