Great directions and packaging of parts made assembly easy. I love the color and the chair is really comfortable outside of the armrests. Con: The hard plastic arm rests are very uncomfortable. I chose to purchase a slip on set of cushioned arm covers to compensate which was an added expense.

Very nice looking firm and comfortable chair. I'm a big guy and this supports me well. Easy assembly--everything color-coded and in proficient English. Wish it could adjust a little higher for me (6') and the fixed arm rests could be a problem for some. Otherwise excellent value for a task chair.
