I am very short and the display chair seemed to fit me better than the new one out of the box. Plus the arms get in the way of typing and you can't slide chair under desk. So I would say so so chair I would not purchase it again.

This chair is very sturdy and comfortable. The assembly instructions were OK but the bolts were mismarked and necessitated removing bolts from a previous step to use in the last step.

much easier to put together than I thought. do it on a table top if you can. shipping was a nightmare though. but the chair feels great and am looking forward to using it for quite awhile. can't speak to the cushion; I will not be sitting in it 8 hours daily.
