First off sit in any chair you think you might like to buy. It really is the only way to know if it is comfortable to you. I like the angle of the support of this chair. It's good if you want to sit bolt upright while typing. Only had it a week but the mesh back seems not to have stretched out any. The seat could be a little more plush. The worst thing about the chair is that the hydraulic piston shoots up when you stand up and makes a bit of a popping sound. I like the rigid plastic arm rests. There is a slight seam around their bottom edge from the molding process but it's not too bad. It was very easy to put together.
Third time’s a charm! After 2 failed attempts at finding the best chair for my desk at home this chair is a winner. I didn’t want the arms and these could be left off (so happy about that!). I also didn’t want a big lumbar support but a more straight back and although in the photo it looks like it curves in it’s subtle so it feels better on my back than being shoved forward. The seat is wide and comfortable and I like the black base instead of silver or gold. Finally the price was excellent.
This is a solid chair and great for the price. The seat is comfortable although not as cushy as a higher priced chair. This is a great chair for a home office!
