I have a Union & Scale ergonomic chair that is very comfortable but it has quality issues and things keep breaking. For perspective I am 140 pounds so it's not a weight issue. U&S are unable to replace a broken part for me for a few months so I bought this chair as a filler for now. Staples delivered it next day and I was happy to receive it. It looks really nice and it was very easy to put together however this is the most uncomfortable chair I've ever sat it in my life. The seat padding is hard as a rock and the built-in lumbar support is not in the right spot. I have back and neck pain after sitting in it for an hour. I would not recommend this chair to anyone. U&S makes some good stuff but this is not one of them. Stay away.

Comfortable not bad looking. Adaptable to have arms or not. Once I learned to place casters to the periphery and push hard all the rest was easy to assemble. At $99 a good price.
