This chair is perfectly fine. It provides a nice cushion looks great and glides smoothly wherever I need it. It’s worth the cost but doesn’t come with any bonus features such as lumbar support or adjustable arms (I knew that when I purchased but wanted to make sure others were aware) - but it still met my budget and chair needs very well.

Two of these ordered. One had a defective air cylinder but we received a replacement chair and returning the defective one was VERY easy with Staples. Thats the best part of the review. The ease of their system was excellent. I had a replacement very quickly. Otherwise the chairs are good. Simple to assemble and comfortable
