This is a firm but comfortable chair. I was having sever back pains but when i switched to this chair my back problems subsided considerably.

Very easy to put together. Except for the wheels. No matter how hard I tried I could not get them put in. But I did not require wheels thankfully so I put felt pads I had on the bottom so I wouldn’t damage my floor and went with that. Very comfortable for having to work from home through covid.
