Ok chair but padding flattens quickly

I owned this chair 1.5 years and am now considering replacing it due to two issues: it has gotten very squeaky these past few months and it isn't as comfortable as it used to be when new. I wanted it to last longer but I am getting tired of it. The seat padding was never enough and didn't even last 4 months before I purchased extra padding despite me thinking it was comfortable when I tried it in stores. The seat shape is not comfortable for sitting cross-legged which I like to do sometimes. The back support is great no issues there though note it doesn't reach your neck so you can't rest your head back (fine by me). The arm rests are fine but I wish they had padding which I ended up buying separately. The wheels are fine no issues. Really my main issue is that the seat cushion isn't comfortable anymore and the squeaking won't stop no matter what screw I tighten.
