This chair is exactly what I needed for my home office. It might be too light or narrow for a large person but is just right for me. I like the tilt and height adjustments. However the wheels are plastic and I am worried they might break easily. They do not seem to roll very well. I got it at a sale price but would not pay full retail for it.

I agree the hardest part of assembly is the wheels. I love that the screws/bolts are color-coded by step and I didn't have to sort through a bag of items to figure out which ones to use when!
