Chair is great but adjustable back does not work

This chair is great! Fits perfectly under my somewhat low desk (even with the arm rests) but the adjustable knob to make the seat back firmer/looser does not work. Either way it is twisted it feels exactly the same. Otherwise a great chair!

Wanted a lighter chair at my computer-found it and very inexpensive-took me all of 15 minutes to assemble-quick and easy-instructions were straight forward-very very comfortable and supportive for my back-let me say again inexpensive compared to the other chairs on display-I would say the color is a light rich navy blue-other colors available-box is light and I was able to carry it into my house by myself-no need to wait for delivery if it is in stock

I am 4 ft 10 in. The chair provides me with good back support. The chair does not go down far enough for me. My heels dangle a little. It's difficult to find a chair that goes down. Had to buy a foot rest. But it's comfortable enough. The arms of the chair are too low and there is no way of adjusting them.
