This is one of the most comfortable desk chairs I have ever owned! The seat is firm and mesh back hits me in all the right places. I am short (5'2") and most office chairs with arms are oversized. This one is perfect!

I like the chair. It's comfortable the assembly was a snap and the adjustments are easy. My one criticism is that the chair seat actually sits at a very slight angle--the front is a little down from the back and there isn't an adjustment for the seat angle.
