I bought this chair because I needed something with better padding on the seat & that would fit into a tight spot. By leaving the arms off the chair fits my tiny location. The seat cushion seems to be flattening out after only a week but it's still better than what I was sitting on before. I guess I'll be keeping it because it's hard to find a soft chair that will fit the spot I need to use.

Chair is very comfortable however the immobile armrests were a problem and I have to use the chair without the arm rests to sit at the right height and be able to sit a comfortable distance from my desk. Also the assembly was easy but the bolts are not staying tight at all even with limited use so far and I have to keep tightening them. Again a comfortable chair for the price point .. but some minor design flaws.

Wish I would have returned this and now it’s past the return policy date! The wheels fall off and don’t fit in no matter what you do and the seat feels unbalanced!

Don’t expect a $400 chair because it’s not a $400 chair. It is a great value for someone needing a light to medium duty chair it’s attractive and seems sturdy.
