Assembly was quick and easy with just one person to assemble. I love the color and it matches my office beautifully. I've been using it for about a week 6-8hours at a time and it is comfortable. I've used it at it's maximum height and it's still stable and sits just right for the height of my desk. Easy to lower at the end of the day so it fits underneath. Lumbar support is average and works for me.
