Hopefully this desk chair will holdup better than the previous two. We had purchased leather looking vinyl chairs which peeled off after a few uses. This one is mesh and fabric. Unless we have a pen or sharp object in out pocket when we sit this one should last longer. We saved $30 extra to assemble the chair ourselves. It was easy to assemble as it came with the tool needed for all the parts. The instructions were easy to comprehend. The parts are packaged nicely and marked with the lettering matching the instructions. The chair rises to the height needed for our desk.

The chair was shipped to our home unassembled. I was a little stressed with having to assemble the chair. Although I can figure most things out it’s not something I do often. The instructions were very good and I had no difficulty assembling in about a half hour or less. The only tool needed comes with the chair. My wife is using it for her makeup table. It rolls smoothly on laminate flooring and she’s very happy with it.

Assembly was a snap ... elected to leave the arms off so the chair would slide under the desk when not in use. Have experienced no issues with it maintaining height control (@150#) and the rollers are smooth as silk.
