good lord this chair started out fine and felt great but it's only been a few months since I bought the blue version of it (about 3 and a half now) and the thing squeaks and creaks so loud you'd think it was auditioning to make sound effects for a horror movie. I have to take the entire thing apart and lubricate it all to stop the squeaking for about a week or two before it all begins again and like all staples chairs the cushioning on the seat is already starting to give out and is getting all grimy and gross from regular use....do yourself a favor and avoid this chair unless on a budget and if you do get it...invest in the extended coverage!!

I love my new desk chair. It is extremely comfortable and has a 7 yr. warranty. I did have problems with step 1 of the assembly instructions since neither I nor my husband had the strength to twist in the chair rollers. The staff at the store helped us with that and the rest was easy assembly.
