This is a good comfortable desk chair with good back support. The arms are not padded but are flat and provide good support there too. The sales person assembled the chair at the store and I was able to take it home in my Prius.

This chair was super easy to put together. No missing parts. Good price. I only gave 4 stars because I’m pretty certain it’s supposed to recline but mine really doesn’t. I’ve turned the knob on the bottom all the way and the tension doesn’t release on the back of the chair at all. Not a big deal for me but it might be for some. I work at home 4 days a week so it doesn’t matter to me much because I can get up and walk around and stretch any time. Overall good chair for the price.
