I knew the arms were fixed but didn't realize how high they are -- -- with the chair at its lowest they didn't fix under my desk. So...very disappointed -- I guess live and learn. Not a cheap product to be disappointed in right out of the box. Other than the height of the arms the chair is nice.

It’s surprisingly comfortable chair considering that it’s a base model. I am 5-9 and some chairs are just too wide for me this one works. I often use a standing desk but this chair works just fine when I need to sit down a bit. I specifically looked for something without a head rest.
