First the good. Assembly a breeze. Excellent instructions along with hardware kit complete assembly in 45 minutes. During initial use the chair seemed sturdy roomy and fit my body size well. I am 5'10' and weigh245#. The first day I sat for about 1-1/2 hour of use. I did notice that the seat cushion did compress over that time where my butt did bottom out onto the wood base; which did become uncomfortable. The next day this complete compression of the seat cushion occurred in 5 minutes which soon became uncomfortable. A 3rd time later that day the cushion bottomed out in under a minute. It became too uncomfortable to sit on within 20 minutes. I wanted to rate it higher but the seat cushion is the worst with low quality foam.

I hadn't really been looking for a new chair but when I saw this one and sat in it I knew I had to have it! It's very cushy and it only has 2 adjustments up/down and the tension when leaning back. It was on sale for a great price and I had a coupon for an additional $10 off. I couldn't pass it up!

For the lowest priced chair at Staples I found it to be the most comfortable I’ve ever purchased. No frills at all…just the perfect fit (for me) right off the bat! Will most likely purchase another one soon to replace the larger more expensive office chair I purchased recently.

I've been in this chair a week and I love it. It was easy to put together and it rolls nicely. It's not a cushy chair which is fine with me it is very comfortable and height-adjustable. I like the solid arms my last chair would sometimes rub under the desk and was beginning to lose it's cover.
