Normally I do not buy chairs online because I am not able to see and feel its quality and compatibility yet I was led by the spirit and I decided to purchase this chair for my friend. The box arrived about two weeks and I was not in the mood to put it together; however today November 20 2020 the Spirit hit me again and I assembled the chair. The base line was a little challenging to put together so I called product support and a wonderful lady named "Denise" guided me through the process. The chair is now assembled and it is quite comfortable. It provides the necessary back support to sit at the comfortable. I am pleased. Thank you.
